Alterations & Repairs
Alterations
It’s important that your jewellery fits you well, especially in the case of rings which can easily slip off a finger if too loose or cause issues if too tight.
We have a comprehensive ring sizing guide which should help you choose the perfect size. We thoroughly recommend that you get your finger sized by a professional jeweller.
In the case of engagement rings, we often have to estimate the ring size and therefore offer a free sizing service.
Cleaning, Polishing and Refurbishment
If you have a piece of jewellery that isn’t damaged but isn’t looking its best, we can check it over and advise on best to give it a new lease of life.
We can clean and polish most pieces in house, checking the settings and condition of gemstones at the same time.
Should the piece need a more complete refurbishment, this is also usually possible in our workshop.
Please send us an email to start the process.
