Shipping
We are currently only able to accept orders to UK addresses.
We send all orders under £100 using Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service. Your order will be dispatched the next business day after the receipt of your order (unless your item is made to order).
We send all orders over £100 via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Your order will be dispatched the next business day after the receipt of your order (unless made to order) and you should receive your order by 1pm the following working day.* You will need to sign for your parcel, so please provide a delivery address where someone will be able to receive it. If you do miss the delivery, a card will be left detailing how to arrange for collection or redelivery.
When your parcel has been sent, you will receive a tracking number which you can use to track the progress of your parcel via the Royal Mail website.
Made to order items will be sent as soon as the item has been completed. We aim to dispatch all made to order items within 4-6 weeks. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way to you.
Your order will be sent in unbranded external packaging.
*Please note that delivery times cannot be guaranteed and are subject to the availability of the courier.
Returns
We hope that you love your new piece of jewellery, however, if you'd like to return a piece we can offer an exchange or credit note within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds are offered for pieces returned unworn and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Items that are exempt from exchanges or returns include those that have been customised or altered for you (for example, engraved pieces, altered chain lengths on bracelets or necklaces, or sizes for rings).
Bespoke pieces and made-to-order pieces are also exempt from exchanges and returns.
If you wish to make a return please notify us via our contact page and let us know the reason you'd like to return the item. We will then provide you with instructions as to where to send your item.
You will be refunded to your original payment method upon receipt of the return.
We recommend using a service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery for your return. You will be responsible for the cost of returning your order to us.
For items that are to be refunded, we will deduct the cost of delivery from the refund if your order included free shipping.
Repairs
We check each piece thoroughly before it is sent out to our customers and our packaging has been designed to keep them safe on their way to you. However, if you receive a piece that you believe has been damaged in transit or there is a structural fault with the piece, please get in touch via email and we can find a solution.
Please let us know before sending us an item for repair and please use a signed, tracked and insured courier service.
Please note that if another jeweller has modified a piece in any way, we may not be able to accept the piece for repair and any work that we can carry out will be subject to a fee.
A Note on Natural Materials
We are lucky in the world of jewellery to work with some spectacular natural materials - both metals and gemstones. Due to the nature of these materials, some slight variations in colour, size and shape can occur.
We carefully photograph each piece in order to give an accurate representation of the item. Please be aware that calibrations on different screens may make them appear slightly different from one device to another.
If the piece you receive doesn't look quite how you thought it would and you'd like to return it, please refer to the returns policy above.
